This position is for one (1) temporary full-time Plumber (SOC 47-2152) for Citi Development & Construction, Inc. (CDCI) Tinian, worksite located at North Field, Tinian, MP 96952.

(1) Wage rate: Work will be performed on a DOD-funded project, Project AFCA P V Tinian Island, Task Order 024, Prime Contract FA8051-24-F-0024. SCA wage rates apply at $18.75/hr plus $4.93/hr for Health & Welfare.
(2) Overtime rate: 1.5x per hour ($28.13/hr).
(3) Payroll deductions: All legally required deductions (FIT, SIT, FICA, Medicare).
(4) A single workweek will be used to compute wages; workers are paid bi-weekly.
(5) Employer-provided at NO cost:
• Housing
• 3 meals per day
• Transportation to/from the worksite
(6) Employer provides or reimburses 100% of inbound transportation and subsistence after 50% of the contract period is completed.
(7) Employer provides outbound transportation and subsistence upon completion of the contract or early dismissal.
Subsistence: $15.88/day (minimum) up to $59/day (with receipts).
(8) Employer reimburses all visa, processing, and border-crossing fees in the first workweek (excluding passport fees).
(9) Three-Fourths Guarantee: Employer guarantees at least 75% of work hours in every 12-week period.
(10) All tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost.
